Notices and Events

We kindly ask all visitors to the Plaza for their cooperation in wearing non-woven face masks throughout the duration of their visit.

The use of non-woven masks is now recommended by the Basic Policies for Novel Coronavirus Disease Control published by the Japanese government on January 25th as well as within Shizuoka Prefecture's own COVID-19 prevention policies. Non-woven masks are more effective in preventing airborne respiratory droplets from being inhaled or exhaled compared to urethane or cloth masks, and we therefore ask that all visitors wear such masks properly over the nose when visiting the Plaza. Thank you for your cooperation.

[Notice] Weekend Plaza Closures

Please be aware that the Plaza may institute irregular closures on weekends from February to July for large-scale construction to update the building's seismic isolation devices.

[Notice] #FOREVR46 Exhibition

Sixteen YZR-M1 racebikes are currently on display at the Plaza as a show of our heartfelt gratitude for a wonderful partnership with Valentino Rossi, who was a Yamaha rider for 16 years. From the incredible reception the exhibition has enjoyed, the Plaza has decided to extend the display period to June 12 (Sun.).

[Notice] Group Tour Reservations

We have reopened reservations for group tours to the Plaza, so please click here if you wish to make one. Please note that all reservations are limited to groups of 20 people or fewer and that factory tours are still on hold for the time being.
